- The John Martin chapter will host a William G, Pomeroy Grave Marker Dedication on August 2 at Prairie Creek First Baptist Church.
- We will be dedicating this historical marker for Patriot William Thomas P-303908, died 1828. We will also be honoring Patriot James Lee P-234738 during this grave marking. James Lee was born 1760 died in 1819.
- Muster is at 10 am. Ceremony will begin at 11 am.
