Prarie Creek Grave Marking & William G Pomeroy Marker Dedication
The John Martin Chapter hosted a ceremony honoring two Revolutionary War Patriots on August 2 at Middletown Cemetery, First Baptist Church in Prairie Creek, IN.
A William G, Pomeroy Grave Marker was dedicated for Patriot William Thomas P-303908, died 1828. The grave of Patriot James Lee P-234738 was also honored. James Lee was born 1760 died in 1819.
John Martin Chapter participants included President Kent Salitros, Vice President & Genealogist Ben Porter, Chaplain Neal Hartzler, State Vice President Kevin Schultz, State President Bill Behnke, members Wayne Cox, Alan Hayne, Bruce Lautenschlager, John McFall, and Norton Newcomb, and pending member Jeff Hills.
