John Martin Chapter held its March meeting on the 8th at Metro Diner in Terre Haute, IN.
We planned to induct several new members, but two members had medical emergency and could not attend. Hopefully we will induct them in May.
We did induct Dietrick Rompf. The ceremony was witness by his parents Jerry and Diane Gaskin. Diane is the Regent for the Fort Harrison Chapter DAR.
We had 4 posters submitted and one Brochure Contest entry. Winners will be chosen and submitted to the House of Delegates in April.
Members present were President Kent Salitros, Vice-President Ben Porter, Secretary Brandon Halleck, Treasurer Wilbur Decker, Chaplain Neal Hartzell, Norton Newcomb, John McFall, Dietrick Rompf, William Behnke Sr. Wayne Cox, Allen Hayne, and Bruce Lautenschlager.
Ladies Auxiliary also attended: Joyce Behnke, Rachel Porter, Jean Cox, Pamela McFall, and Diane Gaskin.
